Who We Serve
Cherish All God’s Children, Inc. shall provide Therapeutic Foster and Respite Care Services which, are short-term and long-term placement for children who have entered the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). These children often exhibit emotional, behavioral issues, and medical complexities and are considered for a therapeutic foster homes. The Program includes providing a home for the child to live in and providing physical, emotional, social, nutritional, educational/vocational, and spiritual/cultural needs.
Cherish All God’ Children, Inc. understands that children who enter therapeutic foster care bring with them diverse special needs, most importantly, the need for a stable loving family. These children, from infants to age 19, are often the victims of abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment. As a result, they may suffer from emotional, behavioral, medical complexities, and/or developmental problems.
We provide services that are age appropriate and in the frequency, duration, and intensity necessary to bring stability into the family’s and child’s life.

Cherish All God’s Children, Inc. provides each a specialized plan of care tailored to meet his or her individual needs. Cherish All God’s Children, Inc. focuses on the child’s strengths, as well as areas of weaknesses to help each child reach his or her potential by embracing the significant responsibilities that they have in shaping the lives of those with whom they are entrusted.
Our purpose is to provide the most specialized comprehensive efficient care, ensuring that our children’s physical health, psychological, social, emotional, nutritional, educational, cultural, and spiritual needs are met through providing skilled and trained Foster(s) Parents and staff that are dedicated offering an exceptional level of care.
Our role is to develop and coordinate services that enable the child and family to have the best chance at success and permanency through reunification where possible or the established plan of care goal.
